Welcome to click and collect.
To Reserve a time for Click and Collect
Please reserve toys before using click and collect. You can browse for the toys available in the library using the "Toy" tab, set the status to show "In Library" and then "submit".
To reserve the toy you want, click on the "View Toy" button of the toy and this will take you to a seperate screen. Click on "Reserve Toy" and select the dates you would like for this toy.
Please note if you booked toys that are currently out, we cannot guarantee the toys will be back in the library by the requested date and therefore may not be able to provide you with the reserved toy on your reserved day.
Once you have reserved the toys you would like, go to "Click & Collect" tab and use the form directly under this blue instruction box. Select the date you would like to pick up your reserved toys as well as the time available. Once this has been completed, hit "Save" and you will receive an email notification with your reserved toys and time.
To Return toys only
If you want to return toys only, you are now welcome to drop toys off at the library. You no longer need to book a time to return toys. Please drop the toys outside the glass door, and do not enter the library premise.
Picking up newly reserved toys and returning previous loaned toys
You are welcome to return previously loaned toys when you pick up your newly reserved toys. You do not need to fill out a different form to tell us you are also returning toys.
Please wear mask and to social distance when visiting the library. If you encounter any issues, please contact us at ellerslie.toylibrary@gmail.com and we will help you work through the issues. Please state what issues you have encountered and if you are wanting a toy for a particular date, don't forget to tell us which day.
Please have all reservation ready by Friday 12 pm for Saturday morning pickup. Any reservations done after this time may not be included.
